He informed me that the directions could be found on the internet, and I was then able to get the TV working again. He was competent and professional.

After speaking with owner about the problems with my TV, he said he did not think it was the picture tube (I had to slap the TV when it came on a few times so the picture would remain stable) and should be able to fix my TV. They did a great job. The picture quality continues to be good and they provided a 90 day guarantee. They delivered (for a fee) the TV to my home and helped me get the TV inside (35in Toshiba, purchased in 2000, extremely heavy). He also setup the cable on the TV.
Description of Work: The TV would not come on. We had to slap the TV (for several months) for the picture to stay stable (it would flicker and cut of after it was initially turned on. After a warming up, the picture would remain stable. After a few months, the slapping of the TV no longer worked. (Should have had it repaired sooner)

Description of Work: I REALLY WANTED TO KEEP THIS SONY 32'', AND THE REPAIR PERSON SAID IT WAS WORTH FIXING. TOOK THE CHASSIS TO THE SHOP AND CALLED A WEEK LATER SAYING IT WAS READY.
