Victor and his crew were excellent; they were timely, thorough and very accommodating to our needs and schedule. His crew sanded and refinished our original hardwood floors in three rooms and buffed and polished in 2 other rooms. The results surpassed our expectations. They moved all the furniture and covered all areas before sanding so nothing would get dusty and he also uses a dustless sanding system. The cost for refinishing the floors was also very reasonable, since he customized the refinishing according to the condition (wear and tear) of the floor. We give Victor and his team a 5* rating and highly recommend Victor to others.

They did an excellent job on our floors. The finish was beautiful and they made repairs where it was needed. When I saw the floors after they finished, I didn’t recognize my house. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Overall, they did a great job, the floors look brand new. Their pricing was better than other quotes. They saw there was a snow storm coming for the day they planned to start & thought ahead to get their equipment in a day early and they kept me constantly updated on the project, sending me pictures as they pulled up the rugs, sanded, finished the floors, etc Very professional, great job, thank you

I’ve already reviewed Victor Flooring. I’ll try to remember what I had written. I was pleased with the work performed. I am also pleased with the prices that were charged. Victor Floors (Hung, the owner) was very easy to work with. Hung has taken over his family business started by his father. I believe he has an excellent understanding of his trade along with excellent skills in refinishing floors. Also important is that his workers have excellent refinishing skills. I would recommend Victor Floors for these reasons. Also they completed the job in about three days. This included a complete refinishing of one floor and partial refinishing of two other floors. I’m glad that I chose Victor Floors to do this work because a number of contractors who have worked on my house have overcharged me and had done mediocre work. This is not the case with Hung. His prices were good and the finished product I would say is excellent.

Victors team is absolutely hands down phenomenal and professional! Our family is very satisfied with the work put in by this team and completely our living room, dining room, office, and kitchen within a very short time. We were able to trust our home in Victors care while being a few days away. He sent screen shots of the work often to keep us in the loop! The job was done excellently. Our floor needed some serious TLC after a failed attempt at polyurethaning it. Victor gave a fair price, did a couple stain examples after sanding, and worked with us to figure out the ways to make it a bit more durable with a toddler. They were easy to work with, conscientious of keeping the rest of the house dust free, and most important, the floors look great.

I had my floors done 2 times and Victor was the first one to make my floors look so great. So great that my mother and neighbor want him to work a miracle on their floors. No bull my floors look so beautiful.

I would never hire this contractor again. When he came for the estimate, there were multiple spots throughout our flooring which needed small amounts of patching. He assured me they would all be filled in. Not only did he leave multiple of those spots unfilled, the ones he did fill in he used a completely wrong color. When I asked why he didn't match the wood filler with the color to the existing wood, he claimed "it matched," but he eventually told me that he used it because that was the only wood filler color that he carries. Any quick trip to Home Depot would show there were multiple color options for wood filler which would have been much better options. After a lot of arguing, he begrudgingly filled in some of the large holes/gaps and used a staining pen to correct the wood filler. His price was lower than other contractors, but it was not worth saving the money for a sub-par job and dealing with the stress.

"Thank you for your feedback. The job was not completed when this picture was taken . I have mentioned that the wood filler will need to be stain in order for it to match closer . This wood floor was 102 years old and from our experience only a custom stain would match the filler to the original floor, which we did when we came back following day to finish the work. The owner (husband) was rude from the beginning and did not even give us a chance to finish our work before yelling on The phone about how “bad” of a job we did. Even though I assured him that once I use a custom stain it will blend in better. The owner did not post pictures of the final product, which when we did a final walk thru with the wife she was very happy and did not even noticed where the spots with the filler were. We also repaired a section of water damaged wood where we had to put new flooring and stained it to match the existing wood. The wife said she couldn’t even tell that it was repaired since we match the stain so well. Please see the pictures in our gallery page for the finished product ."
