They did a wonderful job, they recommended a wonderful roofer. They worked very well in getting the job done in a reasonable price. I've worked with them twice and they did an A plus job.

Veterans Heating and Plumbing recently just replaced our heater and did some plumbing work for us a few months back. Chris and Jim were so helpful with any questions we had. They worked diligently to make sure the job got done both fast and efficient. Our heater was having a bit of trouble regulating and they communicated with us and immediately worked to fix the issue. They did a great job with the plumbing as well and made sure anything outside that was in the path of the digging was able to be removed as they explained the process to us.

I've been using them. They are very responsive. When they gave me an estimate it was the most fair estimate. They were really clean. Came in, did a good job. It came a little bit under than what was originally estimated.

It was excellent. The customer service was better then any experience I had.

The most important things to me when selecting a service provider are that I have confidence in their expertise and that I have complete trust in their recommendation about what needs to be done. I don’t want to be wondering whether they are, for example, telling me I need a new water heater or HVAC system when in truth the existing one can easily be repaired for a much lower charge. Veteran Plumbing and Heating is that company. They won’t sell you something you don’t need, and they have the expertise to get it done right the first time. They are also Veteran owned and operated, and I like to support our brave soldiers who put their lives on the line for us. Chris Tucker was the technician I dealt with, and he was extremely knowledgeable, patiently explained how my HVAC system worked, did not talk down to me as a woman, arrived on time, and was respectful of my home (wore paper booties over his shoes). I now have a new HVAC and plumbing person, and could not be happier.

Excellent! Chris was efficient, on time, pleasant and very patient. GPS In real time to monitor for his arrival. Needed minor repairs for wall heater but this is going to be my go to for HVAC services.

Chris is just the best at what he does. He saved me out of several jams and did the job right the first time!
