With Verizon it was a nightmare. Verizon is expensive. Their website is horrible. It's not user friendly.

They are good. Their pricing is good. Their professionalism is okay. Their services are better than rest of them, Sprint and all the rest of them because at least when we don’t pay the bill on time, we still get service. Others disconnect the services when we are late to pay for one day.

I have been using them for years. I have a package with them for TV and the internet. It was ridiculous when I was without service for two weeks. My package is about $185 a month. I am unhappy with their customer service department. I receive calls saying that someone will be out and no one ever comes out. They don’t even notify that they aren’t coming out. That’s why I had to call the public utility commission to let them investigate. I have to use them because I am stuck with them. The problem is fixed and I am not having a problem with them now.
