They deal with the owners and they are aware of the changing situation. They are aware of the politics in the neighbor hood which is always a problem. They are aware of the laws, the schools in the area, the history of the houses they deal with and the history of the neighborhood. They live in this neighborhood. I think they manage rental properties as well. They helped me to sell my house. They were able to get a price close to my asking price. They also helped me to purchase a new house. They helped with the move. I did not move a desk out and the buyers complained. They sent someone from the office to dismantle it and take it. They contributed to the cost of something that was unexpected. They also allowed me to store some of my furniture in a garage they own. The garage was right down the street from my house.
