Initial service went fine, 8 years later I discover the air conditioner on the roof is not secured, and 30% off the pad on the roof (presumably from vibration). It appears it was never properly secured, as described by their service person. They want to charge an additional $275 to come back to secure the air conditioner on the roof that they didn't correctly install the first time. They will not fix as they claim they don't know who was on the roof besides them, despite my telling them nobody has been on the roof since their installation (its 4 floors up! Why would anyone be up there?)

They sent someone out to our home to assess the situation immediately and the person who came out was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with them working on my home and they gave me plenty of options to choose from to do the work. When they were explaining things, they offered the rates in which they would charge, but not much in the way of product options, so the price felt arbitrary.

SALESPERSON SOLD CENTRAL A/C UNIT WITHOUT DRAWING SCHEMATIC OF HOUSE, CHECKING 2ND FLOOR OR ACCESSING DUCTWORK OR RETURNS. SALESPERSON EITHER INEXPERIENCED OR JUST LOOKING TO MAKE A SALE. CENTRAL A/C UNIT NEVER COOLS HOUSE BELOW 82 DEGREES. COMPANY REFUSES TO ADMIT SALESPERSON MISTAKES AND TOLD ME TO "DEAL WITH IT." TOOK THREE WEEKS JUST TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO MAKE AN APPT FOR SERVICE. HAD TO STOP PAYMENT TO COMPANY AND REPORT COMPANY TO BBB AND CAPITAL ONE. NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH GENERAL MANAGER OF COMPANY.

THEY WERE ON TIME, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING DURING THE PROCESS IN A WAY THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND, VERY POLITE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ALSO OFFERED FINANCING.

I WAS UNSATISFIED, BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COME THREE ADDITIONAL TIMES TO ADJUST THE SYSTEM. THE INITIAL RESPONSE WAS PROMPT, HOWEVER, THEY WERE HARD TO CONTACT FOR THE ADJUSTMENT WORK.
