Union was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They removed a tree stump and repaired my concrete, steps, and porch railing. I have recommended them to others.

Total removal of front stucco wall and rebuild with brick plus installation of new cornice, steps, door. Workers among the most professional I have had and the result is fantastic. Very high quality workmanship. Not cheap but "value" is more than price alone. Also, John provided support when we were not home and a PECO workman almost caused a fire -- he fought (successfully) to have them fix the problem with their wires which would have affected our house. Liked the work so much, I had them do another job right away rebuilding back steps and lowering crawl space in basement. Quickly done and great job. Good guy. Highly recommend.

Union was very prompt to come out give an estimate and get the work done. They did an excellent job replacing a sidewalk for me. I would highly recommend them.

My South Philly home is an end unit row home. Union Masonry did an excellent job with the complicated task of rebuilding part of the side wall that was deteriorating, repaving the alleyway, and painting the outside wall they rebuilt. There are so many bad contractors out there that you don't know who you can trust. John Valentine and his guys are the real deal - honest, hard workers that get the job done right! I would highly recommend him.

I hired Union and had work performed by John and George. I was very pleased that I was able to arrange a prompt estimate and visit to my home. John took the time to do a through inspection of work needed. He then took the time to explain what needed to be done, and how it will be done. I had other contractors look at this work, and some of them wanted to address the problem the way they saw fit. With John, he addressed the problem the way it needed to be addressed. I had a inspector from the city involved with this project. I am happy to say, he was very pleased with the work performed and had no problem removing the violations against my property. I would gladly recommend John and his company to anybody looking for good quality work, at reasonable prices.

John and his crew were hired initially to repair the shoddy work of another contractor. They did such a great job that I hired them to do pointing and repair in addition, including ribbon pointing. We received great service and exemplary service at a reasonable price.
