It went very well.


Setup rental online and all was ready when we got to the UHAUL location.


Truck was exactly what we asked for and the price was exactly as quoted.


The employees provided assistance getting setup and we were able to accomplish our task within 4 hours. Upon return of the truck, it was checked back in and inspected timely.


Not a single problem with the experience.

Horrible! Worst customer service ever. I setup my pickup
online, they moved the pickup location 10 miles further 3 days before my move.
I called the local u-haul and kept getting re-routed to a call center that then
re-routed me to another call center. The reps were rude and actually hung up on
me.
If you have to rent from them, go into your local office. The 800 number, web
site ect are horrible.

It was a good experience.  They have a lot of boxes you can choose from and you can rent a lot of different sized trucks.  The price is a little on the high side. The truck was ready when it was supposed to be and they were there when I needed them. They are good.

The truck was available when they said it was going to be. We were able to get the truck quickly, and when returning the truck it was a very quick process. I was very pleased with their services.

U-HAUL helped me to haul a lot of material when I moved my house. I was not driving but I had to pay for the gas. I found that it was a nice service. The price was reasonable. It was a really good experience.
