Joe came quickly and exactly on schedule, and was helpful, friendly, and very professional. I appreciate the fact that he explained exactly what he was doing, and what the inherent limitations might be. I will definitely call Tri-State again for any heating or A/C issues we have. They're great.

It was a bad week weather wise, it rained most of the days the contractor worked. But this did not delay or cause any problems with the work that was done. I am really happy with the interior and exterior work. The contractor installed the outside units on a side roof which kept my rear yard area free from all connections a very neat job.
