Tran's Hardwood did an amazing job fixing our floors. They patched up several damaged sections and did such a good job that you cannot tell they are not original. The floors look perfect.

Amazing job, our floors came out better than we could've imagined. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Not only was it a great job but excellent, flexible and responsive service.

The floors look amazing. There are a few final coat droplets visible when the light hits the floor a certain way, but overall I am very pleased with the work. I came midway through the job and pointed out an issue with the stairs, and Tran rectified it the next day. While the floors were clean when Tran finished, the rest of the house was covered in dust and we hired a professional cleaner. I'd also suggest you ask for all trash to be removed from the premise.

the floors came out nice but the professionalism was LACKING!! His price after taxes was in the same range as other contractors. I wouldn't hire again.

The workers did a nice job with the floors, however, I was never quite certain when they would be finished with the job. Tran is nice and his son did most of the work. We were waiting to move into the house until we had the work completed, so the uncertainty of the length of the job was not ideal.

Tran was a subcontractor of my contractor. I purchased very expensive brazillian pecan flooring and the install is substandard. The contractor may have made a mistake in ordering transitions however the transitions are slapped together from oak pieces they got at Depot. I would rather have waited for the proper transitions to be ordered and installed. Also there are more than a few nail pops at the edge of the floor near baseboards. Tran is abrasive when proposing a solution. Between that and the language barrier, it makes finding a satisfactory solution very difficult. I love the floor materials, the pecan is gorgeous. Not happy at all with the install. Which is a bummer when you spend five figures on the materials.
