Words can't describe how amateurish this outfit is. The doorknobs LITERALLY fell apart after the locksmith left (without cleaning up a thing). We had to call the owner who gave us a $50.00 rebate for our troubles after we paid $50.00+ for locks that sold for $10.00 at the local hardware store. Maybe they are OK for an emergency lock out, but DO NOT USE for home improvement. I was too busy dealing with other contractors to check the materials and progress of the locksmith. I thought this was easy, simple stuff. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
