TOM KEHOE PLASTER

A severe disappointment. This is a one man business run by Tom Kehoe. His truck is painted with a business name of "Dr. Plaster Master", but Kehoe is NOT a plasterer. He uses drywall joint compound to REPAIR plaster. He can do good work repairing some very damaged plaster, but quality (especially in tight spots like closets) is inconsistent. Price is good for a real plasterer who works with mud that sets in 30 minutes and is never sanded. Because Kehoe uses compound he sands and leaves a lot of dust. This is not a rare skill, so in this regard his fee is not at all cheap. Often late. Worked 6 hours daily on average. Biggest problem was his behavior. Kehoe wrapped an old pole sander in garbage bags, stacked it next to our garbage cans and did not mention it to anybody. Naturally, the neighbor took out at the trash and the sander was lost. He blamed the neighbor but wanted us to pay $350 for his error. He YELLED at my wife, who is 8 months pregnant. Highly unprofessional.
