Nick Rambo came to my house gave me an estimate to do my lawn. Wanted to charge me double for the first cut even though it had just been done a week before he said he would mow edge blow and clean up the leaves and weed whack he did not even mow my entire lawn. He did not weed whack and he left leaves all over my front porch and front steps. I showed him this when he was at my house a week later about, an estimate for other work and he just ignored it and demanded that he paid the full amount and refused to complete the job. He also did not do the quote weekly as needed“ cut that should’ve been done. He’s a scammer and he likes to intimidate women. He’s also a thief because he did not earn the 7560 that he charged me for this first cut and it’s not even legal to charge tax for mowing the lawn, but he does , Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation and don’t hire him.

Work good. Customer service bad. Unreliable service if you need someone to rely on.

I called on a Friday; they came out on Monday for the estimate and by Tuesday afternoon, the work was done. They removed ivy from a shed, weeded overgrown areas, removed lots of old logs from a tree that fell years ago, removed fallen leaves, and cleaned up some perennial beds. (It was the beginning of October) This was all work that I technically could have done myself, if I had time, but Titan saved me a weekend of work (at least) and several doses of Advil. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

1) Scheduled Titan landscaping to apply gray stone over an unfinished
backyard.  Nick was responsive in providing two separate quotes for two
different types of material.  Communication was good when the scheduled
job date had to be postponed due to rainy weather. 

2) Once job was performed, Nick provided several pictures of the before,
during and after job progress.  The backyard job looks great.

Later learned from my tenants that Titan Landscaping did not remove
large branches and other removed debris from the property and kept them
on the backyard patio.  The quote did not include "debris removal" as I
assumed this was included in the price as it was never mentioned as an
Add-On option before or during the job.   Nick's team was able to come
back to remove all the debris to finish the job.

3) Got in contact with Titan Landscaping on several occasions and they
were able to come out to remove the original debris that was cleaned up
when leveling the yard.  All-in-All Titan and Nick were very
professional and did a clean job.

Nick arrived punctually to look at property for estimate. Highly competitive quote arrived as email attachment by end of day, as promised.

Start of job scheduled 7 days after estimate. Due to a cancellation, Nick and team did the job next business day. Quality and attention to detail exceeded expectations. For example, small weeds growing in cracks of sidewalks and building mortar were completely removed. Some of the ground along the sidewalk was above grade AND below grade. Crew moved soil so that layers of mulch are exactly on grade along full length of sidewalks. We will contract with Triton again and strongly recommend this provider.

Nick and his guys did a fabulous job.  Cleaned all the dead plants and weeds out of my small front and back yard.  Got done in a few hours what would have taken me all weekend.  His crew was very polite and professional. The cost was very fair and reasonable especially since he squeezed me in at the last minute as I am having family over for Thanksgiving and wanted things spruced up for the holidays.  I look forward to using them again.
They seem to stay pretty busy and probably are not in the office much, so as some of the other reviews mentioned, it did take a couple phone calls to finally get ahold of them but be patient it is worth it.

Everything went well to my expectations.

Nick came out in a timely manner and gave me an estimate and was able to guarantee the completed work in a short time-frame. He is very knowledgeable and gave me many options of what I could have done to my property. Titan's crew came out on time for the scheduled service and wasted no time getting to work on my property. They spent over 6 hours clearing out and cleaning up my yard. As a disclaimer, the yard had over 6 week of growth because my wife and I were living in Philadelphia until our lease in the city was up. The guys did a fantastic job on the yard. I rehired Titan 2 weeks later to complete the reseeding job. I would highly recommend Titan Landscaping.

Nick is great. In addition to the work above his crew cuts our lawn regularly. He's very responsive to any issues and was able to devise a plan to handle our water run off that was previously making our yard a swamp. His crew are professional, hard working and efficient. I would have given a B for punctuality only because sometime he'll say he's coming a certain day to do work, but then doesn't until a day or two later. I don't mind that at all, though so didn't want to ding his rating. I don't need to be there, and the work gets done well and for a good price. Understand that weather and other unexpected issues make scheduling in this business difficult.

They mow weekly and do a nice job. I also had them clean the gutters. A few were missed, but when I pointed it out they came the next day to correct. I might try another gutter cleaner next year.

Nick did work for us before and unfortunately some of the plants died. He agreed to replace them without any quarrel and quoted on some other work I was considering. His crew came out and planted new bushes and filled a bed with river rocks. Nick had given me a time frame of the first week in June. No call the day before which I would have appreciated. My only problem with Titan was that they didn't respond to my calls or emails in a timely fashion. I had to call ( 3 times) and email repeatedly and the responses only came after my messages got nasty. It is unprofessional to let multiple calls and emails go unanswered. The owner had been sick and had a backlog as a result. I'm sympathetic to the situation, but when you own a service business you have to have a plan B to respond to your customers.

Nick came out and gave me an estimate , He was very knowledgeable and stated everything that would be done on the estimate. The crew arrived on time and started work. At first I did not even know they were there. They answered any questions I may have had. They built me the nicest retaining wall that's about 4 ft. tall . I absolutely love it, cleaned up everything as they worked. Was getting complements from neighbors even before the job was completely done. I must say I got quite a few estimates before I chose Titan and Nick was the most informative and gave me the best quote on the work that I wanted done. I am very pleased.

They were very friendly on the phone. They gave a fair price and showed up when I needed them.

I requested an estimate to aerate my yard. Nick came out to my house within a day or two and sent a free estimate by email. I believe it was a fair offer. I signed the estimate and faxed it back to Titan. The following I received a phone call that a crew would be out the next day in the morning. They arrived at approximately the stated time and went to work. The checked the location of the invisible fence before starting the work. They aerated the yard and completed the work without any problems and notified me when they were finished and going to leave. They completed the work that was agreed upon.

I was very pleased with the work they did.

Nick was very responsive, gave a reasonable estimate and got the job done well and punctually. I would use him again.

Nick responded to our request for lawn care and quickly provided a reasonable estimate for work. He listened to our needs and captured them in the estimate. We recently purchased this house and the planter was in desperate need of weeding and the yard is a mess! The problem was, not originally from this area, my husband nor I were confident of what was plant versus weed. Nick was able to identify all of the plants by name and determine what was to be removed and what was to remain. Work was performed when scheduled. Aside from the professionalism Nick and his crew demonstrated, they were friendly, informative, helpful, and went beyond our expectations. Our yard transformed in just a few hours! Titan / Nick will be performing our long-term lawn care maintenance. I can't image having anyone else do it!

professional and the owner was there for the entire time to see that the work was done properly.

I thought they did a pretty good job. I did once have to remind them that I hired them for yard maintenance and not just yard cutting. After that, everything was just fine with their work.

He came the day after I called for an estimate and was able to complete the work only two days later. This was ideal as my daughter had a birthday partythe following weekend. He rearranged his schedule for my little girl. The work was great. He and his team made our shrubs and bushes look the way they are supposed to look and he even gave some advice on how I can maintain it in the future. Very very pleased!!

Had to have entire front lawn repaired after sewer line was dug up and replaced in July. Nick showed up on schedule to provide estimates of several options to repair the lawn. Contracted with him to till, grade and seed the lawn, since this was the most cost-friendly option. Had to delay the lawn work until October while awaiting cement work.

Nick appeared on schedule on Oct. 10 and brought sod with him. He sodded, rather than seeded, the lawn! This at the same price he quoted for seeding -- and his estimate for seeding the lawn was the most reasonable of all the estimates obtained. He also filled the area around the new sewer inlet pipes with topsoil, and sodded that area. He cut back the branches of another tree at no charge so that the new sod can get more sunlight.

I highly recommend Nick and his crew. They were punctual, professional, certainly reasonable, did a great job, and went above and beyond the terms of the contract. Five out of five stars!

The owner Nicholas is a very nice professional business man. I contacted this company for lawn maintenance and planting some flowers. Nicholas came out to see the property the next day providing me with a reasonable quote. He's been maintaining my lawn for about a month now and it looks great. Just yesterday, he planted my new flower bed in which I am well pleased. Titian's prices are affordable and the work is impeccable. I'm very pleased with this company and have began referring them to friends.
