Plumbing
The team of plumbers was very friendly, prompt and professional. Right after the install, the new pipe had a small leak and it was repaired. The old sewer pipe had been plugged with concrete, but leaked a few months after the repair during a rainstorm. In both cases, Hughes returned and did the repairs, although once they did not keep their appointment and it was without any notification. Since then I had two more leaks and they will not return my calls or respond to my certified letter. I have now retained an attorney who is contacting them. If they do not respond, I will take legal action and file a judgement against them for the full amount as I may need to have the area excavated again to fix the leak. Our local neighborhood's Website has a number of residents complaining about the same problem with Hughes not returning calls after full payment.
