Thunderchild Remodeling

Reese's company put in a new bathroom for us. Within three months leaks started coming through our first floor ceiling under the shower. Thunderchild sent a contractor out who only recalked around the floor of the shower. Fast forward a year later, leaks started occurring. My wife reached out to Reese who informed her he would charge us for any work. We had an assessment by a tile installer who determined the showerpan was incorrectly installed. This was a $50K project which leaked from the start. We are left with insurance claims and heavy water damage and mold under the shower pan.

Reese and his team do extremely professional work. They even worked through the blizzard. Most importantly, they gave good advice about what needed to be fixed, what we could get away without fixing, and how things would look when we were finished. They are not inexpensive --- definitely not budget contractors --- but their standard of work is extremely high.
