We called after getting a quote from our normal plumber that was ridiculously high. Checked on Angie's list, saw their rating and called. They came within the hour. Explained what needed to be done and gave a quote 1/2 of the other company. When we asked when they could fit us in - they said they could do it now. My roommate was working from home today so they even used a side door to go in and out so as not to disturb him. They were thorough, professional and highly respectful. After 10 years with our previous company, we are now giving them our business

have used Thomas Parisse Plumbing in the past. I was very impressed at that time, and, when I saw the state of my bathtub this morning (full of waste material) - I called them again. They were here within the hour. Everything was corrected and I was provided with a lot of good information to share with my Husband. This is an old house - things go wrong - and Rob was able to make suggestions to assist in limiting pipe issues. At some point, we will have to remove the original galvanized steel pipe and replace the sewer line. I will have no hesitation in calling Parisse to handle the job.

repaired bathroom causing leak in ceiling. Mr Parisse was fine but the man who came and did the work was not reliable. He left said my floor was fine, a week later the tiles fell through the ceiling. I needed a new floor. I contacted Mr. Parisse He stood by his work came and reinforced the floor and adjusted the price to just having the floor replaced. I would hire Mr Parisse but be CAREFUL WHO DOES THE WORK.

I called THOMAS PARISSE and SONS Plumbing because I found a leak on the street side (before the Water Meter) of the water line, at the shutoff valve. The line is very old (iron), and I was afraid that, if I put a wrench to the valve, I might break it, and have no way to shut the water off. Tom (an employee, not the owner) answered the phone when I called, said that it did not sound too good, and was out to my house within 15 minutes.
Tom checked out the system and tightened the valve stopping the leak. Tom also noted that there was not a shut off valve on the line after the water meter (This is a very old house. We have lived here almost 40 years), and it should have one. I had him install a shutoff valve. He explained how it worked. The whole job, including his trip out and stopping the leak, cost a mere $185.00.
This is a very professional company. I am very glad that I called them.

Tom Parisse was easy to talk to and professional. He always answered the phone when I called to ask questions. He gave me the far cheapest quote out of 3 bids. He is fully insured and has years of experience.

It was a lot of work. They had to dig underground and everything. They did the work quickly. They stayed on the job and didn't leave anything undone. There turned out to be three problems, and they fixed them all one by one. It wasn't cheap, but it was a lot of work. The problem was with a tenant who had left on a honeymoon. I chose this company because he was the only one who would come out that day. He went through the whole place to figure out initially what the problem was.

The company stated they would show up between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. They showed up at 7:45 am. They began digging immediately and finished digging a 6 foot deep hole in about an hour. They removed all the broken and damaged pipe and trap and replaced it with new pipe and trap. They waited for the city inspector to inspect the job and were given the OK. They filled the hole back in with the dirt. The owner of the company actually came by the job and finished it off by putting in the new concrete on top of the hole and replaced the old vent caps with tamper-proof vent caps. The entire job took about 6 hours and they cleaned up the area very nicely.

I woke up Saturday morning and noticed the drain outside my house was clogged and stuff had overflowed out of the drain. Also the basement toilet had overflowed all over the basement. I called Parisse and Sons and the office person said someone would call me back. Within 5 minutes someone called me back. They told me to expect a call from the plumber doing the job. He called within another 5 minutes and said he would be there within the hour. He arrived, snaked the drain and took care of the problem. He was finished in about 15 minutes. From the time I originally called until the job was done was about an hour!

The plumber reviewed the work with us, answered questions and explored options. An estimate was provided promptly. The work was done on schedule, as planned and for agreed upon cost. We are totally satisfied with the work, and more importantly, with the results in terms the results of zoning the house and heating efficiency.

I called, got a real human being and scheduled a visit within 2 days of my call. He came when he was supposed to and fixed the one leak by tightening the nut. He replaced the other valve. Not a complicated job, but I was relieved to have it fixed so easily. The price, while not cheap, sounded reasonable for plumbing to me. I'm happy with the repairs.

I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND A WORKER ARRIVED ABOUT 5 HRS LATER. HE INSTALLED THE FAUCET IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THE WORKER WAS POLITE. THE PRICE CHARGED WAS ABOUT AVERAGE FROM ESTIMATES RECEIVED FROM OTHER PLUMBERS IN THE PHILY AREA.
