STAY AWAY FROM PERZEL AGENCY  &  ERIE INSURANCE COMPANY !!!!!  Perzel had good reviews and a competitive price. All was going well untill about 10 days after we signed on and had received our proof of auto ins.cards,etc,etc that we were cancelled. What kind of insurance company does that?  Then reports you to the Pennsylvania Dept. Motor Vehiches for not having insurance that they just canceled !! The State then promptly suspended our entire families driving privleges. This has been a dark hole we"ve been digging ourselves out of for 5 Months. STAY AWAY FROM PERZEL AGENCY  &  ERIE INSURANCE COMPANY !!!!!  To cap it off I've had overlapping insurance the entire time, never one day without insurance. When Perzel Employee Karl knew there was no commission in it for him, he couldn't care less Zero help.     
   How much of our tax dollars were wasted on the people in Harrisberg? They did a good job but it was never neccessary !! Erie insurance was really contentious thoughout this fiasco. They even sent me a bill for what they thought was a few days coverage. Not through the mail but directly through a COLLECTION AGENCY. Too many good companies out there STAY AWAY from these two. 
Thankfully Joe Rumer stepped in  (RUMER FINANCIAL GROUP)  He really had to fight the fight with Harrisberg and the Idiots at Erie. If you need insurance go with him!

They're always very good at what they do. I also have my home owner's insurance with them. They were very helpful to me. Their price was good and I haven't been able to beat it. I have been very pleased with Perzel. Whenever anything is needed, they are very good about getting in touch with me.

first we got car insurance with them and we were please with the cost a couple years later we got life insurance with them and we were happy with that after a year we got our homeowners insurance with them . they have always been very helpful with us and give a good price on all of insurances.

I  contact them any time that I need a change on my Car Ins. Policy, or have a question. The people at Perzel made car insurance a pleasure.

I am very happy with them!  I have been with them for 3 or 4 years. They have been wonderful. The services are awesome and the prices are great! I have no complaints what so ever.  You call up and you get someone right away.

I have little interaction with them in person, but the other communication we have (phone and email) is very easy and everything has been fine!

I contacted the Perzel Agency for insurance quotes for home and auto.  I was purchasing my first home and wanted to make sure I was getting the right coverage.  After speaking with Mike the owner I felt very comfortable, He took the time to explain the different coverage and also recommended what was best for my needs.  Over the past 15 years that I have used the Perzel Agency I have found their service nothing less than excelient.

I contacted the agency to review my policy for appropriate coverage and cost.  They were able to provide a better policy.  The service and response was excellent.

I got my policy in June and since that time I had to make a claim due to the recent hurricane.  Mike and his staff at The Perzel Agency not only paid my claim quickly but really seemed concerned for my family's loss.  I would recommend them to everyone.
