The Neat Co

The machine didn't work for long. The Neat Company sent us a replacement, but that didn't work at all. It is impossible to get hold of a real person by phone. We asked for our money back, but they haven't replied to our letters. The phone number is only a purchase line.

I ordered the Neat Receipt from this company I was to pay $99.00 per month for product after getting credit card information they took the full amount of $399.00 from my account without my concent. my funds are still on hold my husbands laid off had we had to pay $311.00 for medication because he had hip replacement surgery his unemployment is $317.00 Neat Company has funds on hold, we notified the Neat company concerning agreement many times via e-mail telephone to be disconected,put on hold 25 mins at a time. told they will see about releasing hold and not! doing so. more calls hold, waiting,told by Mike the computers were down, told later by Mike they will call me back no ones called back I check account a moment ago only to find money has been removed from bank. they removed unautorized money from my husband account
