THE HANDYMAN

Mr. Gilbert Torres came to my house in July '2010 and measured my closet door to be replaced. He decided to remove the old door, putting it in my powder room til he gets the replacement door. After that day in July I never heard anything from Mr. Gilbert about the work to be done. When I called him to ask why he didn't come to do the job as agreed upon, he simply told me that it was "TOO HOT" that day to work. I would not recommend him to do any work, he didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call back and as I typed this report here in October, my door is still in my dining room. I got a quote from them last year and then I called them again this year for the same job because I never found anyone to do the work. I called them this time by mistake and they gave me a higher quote even though he never came out. Last year, He gave me the quote outside but I don?t want my neighbors knowing my business so I asked him to come inside. He would not come in and that turned me off. The price he gave was fairly high.

He was very good and very responsive to my requests and questions. His pricing was fair for the work he did.
