The Artists Of Clean

Angelique and her assistant were supposed to begin at 11:00am but did not repond to calls or emails until 1:30 because of an emergency with her dog. She said she would be over at 3pm and Showed up at 4 pm. Angelique took apart the oven to prep it for cleaning and then Angelique and her assistant Spent 3 1/2 hours upstairs vacuming dusting and cleaning the Bathroom and bedrooms. At the 3 hour mark I went upstairs to inform them that it was getting late and I wanted them to stop what they were doing upstairs and just clean the Kitchen and leave without doing the Living Room, Dining room or downstairs bathroom. After 15 munutes they still had not come down so I simply asked them to pack there things and leave. I paid them for the three hours but I honestly feel Like I was ripped off there was not three hours worth of cleaning to do upstairs, the blinds in the rooms were still dusty as well as dust on the majority of the window sills. I honestly don't know how they could justify three hours of work for what they actually accomplished.Angelique stated that she was sorry that things did not work out but didn't seemed surprised or concerned by my reaction. She did not even ask why I was asking her to leave or if the work she had done was satisfactory. She had a pleasant attitude but I believe I was being taken advantage of. They were on pace for cleaning the house in a record 8+ hours for what should have been a 4 Hour MAX job.
