Very professional. They called right away and kept me informed about their arrival status and again when they had completed the work. I was out of the area so keeping me informed was important to me. They did a timely, fabulous and complete snow removal job. And they take payment thru PayPal which was also convenient since I was not home. They also left the receipt in the mail slot. Would definitely use them again.
