I called Terry on a referral from a neighbor. I asked him to give me a quote to replace my hot water heater with a tankless system. He set up a very timely appointment (within a day or two), looked at my system, asked me what the real problem was (that I was running out of hot water in like 10 minutes) and then suggested a couple different options. He did quote me on the tankless system, but also quoted me on other, cheaper options: 1) replace my hot water heater with a new electric 2) replace with a new gas, or 3) just replace the thermostats and heating elements. He told me that my problem was likely just the thermostats were old and corroded and the heating elements may have gone bad. Though all the other options were more expensive for me, he recommended the cheapest option. I have not had any issues since. He also fixed the low flow problem I have had in a couple faucets. I've had no issues since and saved a ton of dough. Would absolutely use him again.
