Tom and his crew replaced my storm door and capping on my 70 year old home. The job was a handful and took 2 days. They did a beautiful job! I would hire them again! In fact I already did. Next up a 70 year old bathroom.

We had an excellent experience working with Tom and his team to refinish our basement after mold remediation. Our basement was in poor condition after we had to remove half the wall and remove the carpet for mold remediation. Tom walked us through our options for repairing and refinish our basement. His eye for detail and his vast knowledge on home remodeling made us confident in his recommendations (even steering us away from spending too much money). We were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and actually feel that we can use our basement for more than just storage now that it is so nice. Our job included: installing drywall and painting, installing hardwood-style vinyl tiles, finishing and building closets and shelves; securing kitchen island and appliances; and miscellaneous handyman tasks. TAD was very flexible with our schedule and were timely with their repairs. I would highly recommend TAD for any job. I should also add that Tom has excellent professionalism and you can tell that he really cares about the quality of their work. He is an honest and dependable contractor who made this process stress-free.

We are very happy and satisfied with the work done in our home. They absolutely did a great job, finished on time and made sure e everything was right before wrapping up. Highly recommend. The finished work is amazing, looks like something out of a magazine. We could not be happier. Will definitely use T.A.D. again.

Tad was extremely professional from the very start. Tom the supervisor outlined all the work to be done which included electricity, plumbing, walls, floors, kitchen cabinets, painting, and windows. Each service to be rendered was priced clearly. Tom took the time to answer all questions and was on the job to supervise workers and make suggestions to me as needed. Tom was always open to answering questions and addressing additional problems as they were noted. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the completion of this project. I highly recommend TAD for all types of building projects.

It started out well. I didn't appreciate the crew leaving their beer in my fridge opened and not capped. They had a problem with the countertop and didn't even attempt to repair the damage they did. They left an iron mark from a hot iron on my new Pergo floor. The owner was extremely rude and and belligerent at the end when I was not pleased with the pikes of trash they left in one closet. There were addons that I was refused a copy of that bill. All in all, It was okay as far as the rest of the work done.

I went in doing her a favor after other contractors walked out on her. There were no problems until I asked to be paid after she promised day after day that she would pay me and she never showed up. When I went to her home and asked for payment, She flipped out like a crazy person. I guess I will have to sue her for the last payment. But I have been very busy with many satisfied paying customers that I didn't have time for her nonsense. NOW I WILL go down and file a complaint and sue for last payment. As soon as she opens her mouth in court I am sure the judge will see the true nutcase that she is."

I am extremely pleased with TAD. Tom was very patient, between the holidays and my needing to put off our start date, due to a family emergency. Tom and his guys were very professional, on time, respectful, honest and diligent. Our house is older, and hasn’t been kept up as well as it should have been, over the years, so of course a few small issues popped up during the work, which Tom handled quickly and with minimal disruption to the timeline. One issue was a dangerous electrical outlet, found to have had water damage behind the wall, which Tom immediately replaced. Another issue was water-damaged wood above our kitchen window, which Tom’s guys replaced at the last minute, the last day of the job, per our request. The guys were all very neat and tidy, and we were given a timeframe of 3 days to complete the work, which was followed. The cost of the job was exactly what was given in the estimate. We had talked to other companies, before TAD, and Tom’s experience, knowledge and professionalism really set him above the others. I would highly recommend TAD and will use them again, should we need more work completed.

It's been over a year since my new bathroom. Where should I begin...maybe with the wet saw that was used inside on my 2nd floor which leaked all through my ceiling or the fact that the plumber showed up high every day or when we took the 1 shower it drained onto my ceiling downstairs?!?!? I've known Tom as a family friend since birth bit I clearly was given the B team. We still can not shower or bath in that bathroom, not to mention the fix job on my ceiling which ii have to hire someone to fix. The hot turn on is cold and vice versa. Investing in a new bathroom is supposed to be exciting but I've been infuriated for over a year. I ask my husband why not just call and have them fix it, his response is because I don't even want them in my house.

"If there was any problem with a job, it is impossible to fix anything if I am not made aware of it. As far as someone being high I doubt that and why was I not made aware of that? I would have addressed that immediately. So I doubt that is true. There was a small leak from a saw and another from the tub drain That we repaired and fixed the ceiling. May I say that the repair on the ceiling looks much better that the rest of the first floor ceiling that I would suggest replacing entirely. Why can't the shower be used? NO ONE said anything to me. And when they made the final payment they were happy. Then I hear nothing for over a year? Now a bad review? I am known for taking care of my customers and backing up my work 100%. Now if you wait a year and never say anything tome then go bashing me behind my back. I am sorry. You are on your own."

I previously in the spring of 2016 had a new bathroom installed by Tom and his crew and was very happy! As the fall/ winter season is approaching I was concerned about my roof. I knew it needed to be repaired so I contacted Tom again. He remembered me and the job he did at my house and thanked me for using his services again. He is very personable and takes pride in all his jobs. So he came out promptly and gave me a estimate and a start date!.job performed and completed! And again another satisfied TAD customer.! Fired him after his addicted roof guy took 3 times to fix 2 leaks. Fired cause it still leaked and fired them. Had spent 1700.00. Spent another 1000.00 for another roofer and 2 leaks fixed in 1 hour.

"Unfortunately this person does not share the same reality as the rest of us. There was more work done than addressing two leaks. The whole roof is in terrible shape and she was given no guarantees. Refused to allow me to address any of her concerns. Brought in an unlicensed , uninsured, non-tax-paying fly by night roofer, whom I know, who fed her a bunch of lies. I suspect that the other guy caused more damage to make money. Her roof is ready to fall in and is the worst house within miles of where she lives. She voided her contract by refusing to allow me to further investigate and by letting an unqualified individual to interfere with the project. I have been a Contractor of impeccable standing on Angie's List for over 8 years. My reputation speaks for itself."

I thought they were very good. They had to come back and finish something. They didn't do the whole house. They just had to do the back of the house. I think the price was good. I would definitely use them again in the future.
