Sloppy & unresponsive. They did not secure the lumber perimeter on the patio & sand foundation leaked out. Repeatedly called them to fix. One of them showed up but their cordless drill ran out of battery power so they left without fixing & never returned. The sand they used for the foundation had been in a pile & instead of removing it, they tried to spread it out. The sod did not take in this area. I had to rework the patio, add another bolt to perimeter, & re-level all the patio paving stones. I give them a grade of "Z"!
