Surratt Painting stayed in constant communication with our company while we were going through the bid leveling process. With snow being foreast he stayed ready and when the decision was made to go with his company he serviced 11 locations the very next day without incident.

This guy and company are completely unprofessional. Do not Hire! First I requested Service and to meet up with the contractor. What time does you so reason to be there he never showed up I waited for him. Second, we sent him subcontract paperwork requesting insurance is information and general billing information. You never return the paperwork and made up excuse after excuse. Third, he said he would hand me the paperwork when we would meet on site. I had to make serval a least 20 calls to get a hold of him he never returned any my calls. Never returned any my email messages. Complete shame!

"We attempted to accommodate this potential customer the best we could. We never made any verbal agreement, nor signed any agreement with him, and told him their pricing model wasn't commensurate with our services. The customer was very aggressive in attempting to make us commit to providing snow removal services for his property, given the impending snow storm. Due to the fact we provide other services to the same company, we tried to come to a resolution the day before the storm. We played phone tag the day before the storm,leaving several message, and didnt speak."

Surratt Inc. was reasonably priced and we are very happy with the finished project. Surratt Inc. renovated our kitchen, updated some of the electrical, and 3/4 of the house was painted. If we ever had a question or concern Claude was very prompt in returning emails, and answering our calls. He was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions throughout the project. We recommend Surratt Inc to anyone looking to paint or renovate their home.

Surratt Painting did a great job on painting the exterior of my home. They power washed, repaired all masonry, and then painted the siding, exterior doors, stucco, shingles, iron railings, and back patio. Claude is very pleasant to work with and his workers are very neat, hard working, and professional. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for your painting needs.

My whole house interior repaint was done while others were refinishing floors and doing other minor renovations. All of their painters were very accommodating to the other workers, making all of the jobs go smoothly. When color changes were requested in mid project, no complaints were raised, and the additional charges were very reasonable.

The experience with this contractor was great. We met and he did a walk through and examined the areas that needed to be repaired and gave me an estimate of the costs. He was very accessible throughout the project and we reviewed the process on a biweekly basis and he was open to any revisions or changes that I wanted to be made. He also put some extra touches on the job which was nice. This was a large project involving water damage to 5 rooms. This was my first experience going through such a large project that took time to complete, but with Mr. Surrant's professionism and his open and welcoming personality made it a lot easier.

Surratt Painting did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. We had a very tight timeframe and were conducting the transaction from a distance. We had about a week to do a job that should have taken longer. We relied on Mr. Surratt to manage the entire project with no direction from us. He provided timely (daily) updates and made suggestions aobut paint that we took. We highly recommend his firm for any interior painting you need done.
