SUPER SIGNS

I was pleased at how responsive Super Signs was, and how they directed us to repair people in our area. Both Super Signs and Sky Neon were quick in responding by phone. The repair team arrived at the time indicated, and consulted with me once they had determined the problems. They provided a verbal estimate. They had brought what they believed would be the appropriate ballast since I indicated I thought that was the problem. This forethought saved them having to make a trip to the supplier in the middle of the job. We maintain a supply of the specialized flourescent tubes because they are only available from large supply houses. They had all other wiring and supplies to complete the job without traveling off site. The work was competed within a few hours, and within the estimate. They company also replaced some missing screws while reassembling the sigm. The sign has been working fine since the repairs. An electrician friend thought that the price we paid was very reasonable in light of the cost of supplies and the amount of time it took.

Joe Pizzo returned our call quickly and gave an estimate. He said that it would take about a day to finish. He was true to his word and the finish of the lettering was wonderful. Joe Pizzo was a pleasure to do work with and I would always use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their auto's. He also does alot more than just truck lettering.
