SUEZ PLUMBING & HEATING

Seems like a nice enough  guy, but the leak he charged $700 to fix came back a week later. He didn't figure out anything else or offer any refund.  Since leaks can have multiple sources, I stupidly called him back for another job. He charged $400 to change some plumbing under the sink but left me the work to finish involving putting in a diverter and changing the sprayer hose. He left with some muddled instructions for my wife to pass on to me.  I'm not a plumber so I messed it up-on me, but then he charged another $300 for the work he should have finished in the first place, so it ended up being $700 total to have our super cheap sink have slightly increased water flow. He would not take responsibility on either the first job, for charging $700 for a fix that didn't stop the problem we called him about, or for the second job, which for that price he should have finished completely.

Responsive, but very highly priced and never checked his work. Did not check to make sure that the system was actually working, as requested, before he left. Since it was not working, I called again to have him come out, and he charged me for a service fee, claiming the pilot light had gone out. Again, said it was working, but it was still not working after he left, as he never checked. Kept trying to sell me a new heater, simply saying my current one was junk. Maybe. But, both times, he was more anxious to charge me, leave quickly without checking his work rather than making sure it worked. I still have no heat.

I wouldn't use any other plumber. Mr. Suez is timely, professional and a very nice man.

I noticed that I wasn't getting much hot water. I went down to check on it and noticed the water heater was leaking. I called Suez and they were there within 24 hours. They came and installed a new water heater within another 24 hours. As always they were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

He's a gentleman and does beautiful work and I'd use him again and recommend him to others! I don't normally like people in my home but I enjoy it when he comes to do work.
