We are a full service HVAC company. We currently have 5 service vehicles. We are located off of I-95 and Academy rds. All service personal are trained by Steamfitters Local #420. Are men are trained by A.O. Smith Water Heating Company.

I called Stevens Heating on a Saturday morning after our heat went out. Within an hour Michael called me and walked me through a test of the heater. He then arrived in the late afternoon and fixed the heater (he brought the right part with him). We appreciated his expertise and that he fit us in so promptly on a weekend. The fee seemed high, but that was due to the emergency/weekend basis and the fact we were not on a service plan.

They do a spring and fall checkup. It is a warranty that I pay for every year. Quality is good. I have never compared the price to any other company. I've been using them for at least 20 years. They are a very good company. They clean up great. Clean up and professionalism is great.

I have used Stevens Heating and Air Conditioning, INC for a few years, they are very professional and whoever they send out is very polite. He has never talked me into anything that I don't need and all his employees are good. I pay an annual fee and they come out twice a year to check the system.
