They first came and found a large bird?s nest in the attic.  They removed that and then set traps.  I continued to hear the squirrel.  I said it sounds like it?s caught in a part of my heating system that leads to the furnace ? they said it wasn?t possible, but put a trap on the roof near where I believed the squirrel was getting in.

I went upstairs about a day later and the squirrel was sitting on a window sill.  After it darted out of the room I went in and opened up the window, then sat on the steps waiting for the squirrel to come back.  When he did, I yelled to scare it, and the squirrel ran out the window.

I called them to come and pick up their stuff but never heard from them.  Eventually another service provider stopping by my home asked if I still wanted the traps they left and took them down for me.

I had called other pest control places and I was very turned off by them. Steve's is not aggressive and they do not hound you for things.

This company is not reliable. They set a trap in the front of our house and baited it with peanut butter. They did not come back to check it unless we call them. They made promises they did not keep. We caught the squirrel ourselves.
