Stephenson family Roofing does excellent work. They have the best prices in the business. They applied sealant on my porch roof and the professionalism and excellent workmanship was beyond my expectations. If you’re thinking about using them stop thinking and call them immediately. I’ve attached pictures to show before and after.

Punctual, very quick turnaround, did what they said they would do, no excuses. A little pricier than what I expected but they were thorough and neat. laid down ice melt for me on my back steps. Nice, polite, personable.

I recently had my roof done by Stephenson Family Roofing and I must say they did the most amazing job and on top of everything they were very respectful. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Nick and the team were all very professional. I appreciated the extra effort they put in to move things around our roof to be sure they could get the new roof sealant put on everywhere. It wasn't easy doing it late in the season but they made sure that everything was dried well.

I hired Stephenson family roofing for siding repair/replacement of a few panels. Nick was decent at communicating and came quickly to give me a quote and get the work done. Unfortunately they were three hours late causing me to miss work and damaged additional siding on their way out. They also did not clean up extra nails and left a panel of siding out of the bottom channel. Overall I would say good if you want a job done quickly but not thoroughly or cleanly. I could have done the repair myself but hired them to save time and ended up wasting my time at the end of the day.

Stephenson Family Roofing does what they say theyâ re going to do, when they say theyâ re going to do it at the agreed upon price. If youâ re using another operation, youâ re taking your chances. You could risk trying another operation or take my advice and use Stephenson Family Roofing - the choice is yours.

I had a leak in our roof. Called 4 companies everybody couldn’t get there til the next day. Stephenson roofing came right out. Gave me an estimate. Not pushing trying to sell me everything, gave me my options. They were planning coming in 2 days but I asked if they could come the following week. Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!
