I paid $800 to have my airducts and dryer vent cleaned. It was a TERRIBLE experience. - There was dust and debris all over my home. - They broke my dryer vent - My vents were filthy following the cleaning - My family started feeling ill after the service and I decided to have another company review. They confirmed that the work was not completed correctly and that Stanley Steemer simply stirred up the dirt in my system. (Made complete sense since there was extreme levels of dirt and debris all over my home) In addition to their terrible work, the technicians left my HVAC filter lying on the ground & failed to turn my condenser back on following the service. They also left my system on 62 degrees. With temperatures in the 90's my home became very hot & I was under the impression that my system was damage and called a HVAC tech. They confirmed that the tech never turned on my compressor. I reached out to the company for a PARTIAL refund and they declined. Their only solution was for me to allow them back in to my home to finish the work. This company will NEVER be allowed to work in my home again.

I can't remember the price. I think there was just 1 guy to do the service. I would remember if something upset me.
