Christian took us to countless houses, giving his opinion as we needed it. As first time home buyers, he instructed us on what types of things were good to look for in a house. Christian was professional, punctuate, and friendly. He made us feel like family. We were looking in a very specific section of South Philadelphia and no realty company knows the neighborhoods like Spectrum Realty on Oregon Ave. Christian made numerous suggestions including a fantastic inspector who was very down to earth and patient with all of our questions. Christian guided us through the entire process, handling my nervous non-stop communication with ease. He definitely made what is a naturally stressful life-stride into something as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
