+ -1 moreThis bank was very responsive and helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. They don't seem quite as eager to talk to us now though, but they did a good job of explaining everything to us. We were charged some closing costs.
Description of Work: We obtained our first mortgage from Sovereign Bank. They still hold the mortgage.
