Graphic Design
I met with them in a coffee shop to discuss the project. They accepted the project and then called to cancel shortly before they were supposed to finish it. This caused our project to be very late.

Website Design & Development
Mr. Michael Shannon and his wife work together. He designs the website and his wife works on the technical aspects. When I moved, I had a problem with my website and it kept popping up. I spoke to a lot of people but they did not know what to do. They said that once it was put in the system, there was no way it could be removed. Mr. Shannon knew exactly what to do and he told me about it. He was very knowledgeable and he explained things. It was easy to get along with him. My website is being updated by another company. Once this is done, I plan to go to him because he is a local and he owns his business.
