When this occurred [Member Name Removed] was between checks and the sewer was leaking into the neighbors house. She asked me to set up a payment arrangement. I will do that when I feel it's the right thing to do so I did. She made every payment on time(not always the case as you can imagine) and has had us back several times to different properties. "I remember this gentleman well. This was to change out a well tank. A very simple procedure. I explain to this gentleman that we are not a well service co but a well tank we will change out. As far as spring water bottles to test water we have always used them. They are readily available and sterile, usually we have the customer fill them and leave them for us to pick up. The estimate and sample were not returned to this customer intentionally. We reserve the right to decline service and unfortunately he had problem written all over him. I don't do that lightly but for sure will decline a customer or situation as I see fit. You know the guy that yells at the neighborhood kids because their ball is in his yard? That's this guy! To the potential customer I regularly come into jobs and solve problems missed or misdiagnosed by several other companies. We have many reviews on many platforms and believe in accountability. We are not infallible but we are very knowledgeable and qualified. Take a look at our portfolio and some of the difficulty levels of our jobs. This gentleman did not even get service and put this review out in two locations. Says a lot that you will take the time to leave multiple bad reviews to a company without even getting service. We stand on our own merit around here and hope this gentleman was happy with his tank....I doubt it. He was going to complain no matter what. It was the right call to decline service. -Josh"
