ABOUT US We are a family base business started in June 2012. We been in the carpet cleaning business for eight years and decided to start our own business because of our passion of cleaning carpets. We are based in Philadelphia, PA. All technical have been trained and certified by IIRCS. Our carpet tech. is IIRCS trained & certified. This is why and how we take our carpet cleaning experience to another level. We share our knowledge to help our customers to prolong the life of their carpet’s upholstery. We specialize in standard carpet cleaning, wool carpet cleaning (onsite), tile & grout, upholstery, scotch guard and deodorizers. We also have 24/7 water restoration and microorganism services for category I, II, III water types. We service residential or commercial carpet cleaning needs. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, the serviceman was prompt, efficient and flexible. We ended up changing our request slightly to add scotchguard protection and cleaning the hallway. If the changes were any problem at all, he certainly gave no indication that it was any inconvenience to him. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Will definitely use their service again.

I called because they were doing a coupon promotion. I explained that I needed the carpets cleaned early the next day. They called an existing customer with an early appointment and asked them if they would reschedule, and they did. Simply great service. Arrived on time, and shockingly no upselling! I guess they are looking for long term customers.
