Skybox Movers

It was AWESOME! I have a lot of very delicate antique pieces that had been passed down, and they took great care with everything. They moved very efficiently and got the job done quickly but with still taking great care with my belongings.

So extremely happy with the service, you guys rock!!

Fantastic efficient team movers! Very hard workers, never slowing down, and pausing only for seconds to take a break. Our crew consisted of Mike, Tony, and Peter. These guys maneuvered almost 100 heavy boxes down three floors of spiral stairs and packed them snugly into a 14 (17?) foot truck. When I saw the size of the truck, I thought it's never going to fit. But Tony was the master of Tetrus and everything fit with plenty to spare. Half hour drive. Then unpacking into another three floors of spiral stairs. And it only took 3 hours! Nothing dinged dented or broken. Even our poorly packed dishes made the trip perfectly. We had lots and lots of boxes, way more than a normal one bedroom apt because we are collectors and avid readers. And we didn't have any furniture except a futon. But still, we were amazed it only took 3 hours. Only negative was they were late, but they called to tell us.

There were no reviews for Skybox on Angie's List when my wife and I chose them, but there were reviews on another site, and Skybox was more responsive and helpful than the three highest-recommended moving companies on Angie's List.
It went extremely well overall. No pieces of furniture were lost. The only thing broken was a light bulb. The guys were great - efficient, careful, thoughtful, polite, hard-working - everything we could want in movers.
I'd recommend Skybox without hesitation.

Everyone from Skybox Movers was excellent to work with from start to finish. They promptly responded to our initial inquiry by quoting us with the best prices around. Unfortunately, the crew ran into some equipment problems on the day of our scheduled move. They were delayed, but did everything possible to communicate what was going on and make sure that our move got done that day. The crews were friendly, respectful and very hard working. I really hope that we do not need to move again anytime soon, but if we do we'll go with Skybox movers!
