About us

Simo Ayer LLC is a construction and development company in Philadelphia. I have been buying and building houses in Philadelphia for 12 years. I still have my development business but have been taking on select renovation and remodel jobs for clients the past several years as well. I only take on one client kitchen/basement/bathroom/full house reno/new construction project at a time. I have a very loyal and professional group of workers most of which have been with me since I started my business. I am very hands on and enjoy working closely with my clients to make sure their every need is met and the desired outcome is achieved. I'm happy to walk all potential clients through my existing projects. I am licensed and insured. All my work comes with a warranty.

My husband and I hired Dave and his team to finish our basement. Dave made the entire process easy and worked with us on spec’ing out finishes that fit within our budget. His on-site team were very professional, efficient, skilled, trustworthy, friendly.. which was very important as I was at home with my toddler during much of the finish work. The end result exceeded our expectations, so much so that we asked Dave and his team to custom design and build our laundry room and add a 4th bedroom/office on our 3rd floor. We highly recommend Simo Ayer for any home remodeling project.
