When it was time to tear down my aging, barely-safe deck, I decided to get a professional (instead of attacking my deck with an axe, like a moron, haha) Donnell from Silhouette Handyman Services responded to my request for quote quickly, politely, and using correct grammar and punctuation. That IMMEDIATELY got my attention, as I feel comfortable dealing with educated people, even for these kind jobs. Anyway we negotiated the price. At first it sounded outside my budget, however he persisted, was very flexible and understanding. At the agreed-upon date and time, Donnell communicated via text and calls, showed up punctually, and got to work. I observed him throughout the day, and the job ended up taking longer than anticipated. He COULD have cut corners (literally and figuratively) to get in and get out of this "low budget" client... but he didn't. He still did the job THOROUGHLY, removing rivets and bolts one by one, chopping up the wood pieces, cleaning the area, etc. all with great respect for the rest of my property. I could tell that Donnell has a good work ethic, and likes doing a THOROUGH job regardless of the negotiated price. He even came back the following day to REALLY finish and clean up. I was so impressed by all this... I decided to pay his original asking price (AND a little extra)! Would I hire Donnell again? Enthusiastic YES.

It is our pleasure to write a review for Silhouette Cleaning Services. Elretha, owner of Silhouette, has been cleaning our 3-story home for over 5 years. Before we met Elretha, we had tried at least half a dozen other cleaning agencies without success. We were frustrated with people not showing up, breaking things, stealing, and leaving things dirty. We can say, without reservations, that Silhouette provides absolutely the best cleaning services. Elretha is honest, hard-working, reliable, friendly, enthusiastic and is completely thorough in her cleaning! She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and tidy. We also really like the fact that if she has extra time, Elretha takes the initiative to do extra things like polish the silver, organize piles of stuff we didn’t know what to do with, wash pet beds, etc. Elretha has also helped us with special cleaning projects—top to bottom scrub down when a family member with severe asthma came to visit, and cleaning my sister’s home before putting it on the market. Finally, Elretha goes out of her way to accommodate our schedules, responds promptly whenever we have an inquiry, and is very sweet to our pets. We love Elretha and feel she is part of our family. Again, we are completely satisfied with Silhouette Cleaning Services and are confident that you will be too.
