He listens to your requirements, suggests alternatives where appropriate and tells you what to expect. Then he does it! The best electrician I’ve ever seen. Brandon has been working on rewiring our new construction home, along with other needs like setting up our doorbell, our Wi-Fi hub, and lighting that had not been completed. He is really kind, patient, efficient, and always cleans up when the day is done. He is also great at communication, follow-up, and shows up when he says he will. We highly recommend him!

Nice Guy. Work okay but do not ever try to get in touch with him after the work is completed. He did not put markings in the breaker box. If you have a problem after he will never get back with you. He did not provide a receipt and has not returned calls.

Very friendly, was able to fit us in and showed up on time. They did a great job and We will be using them again in the future.

In the midst of a kitchen remodel we needed an electrician to come and cap an outlet. Brandon was able to come out right away, and took care of everything. Would definitely hire again!

We hired Shacklefordâ s Electric to remediate a ton of old knob and tub wiring in our home. The project was so big we had estimates from several contractors and I can definitively say we made the right choice! Brandon and his crew made every effort possible to keep our walls intact that even the painters we hired afterwards made comments how impressed the were. They saved us a lot of money in subsequent wall repair costs. On top of that Brandon was extremely responsive in all of our communications and was very flexible including several extras in our project to really improve our nearly 100 year old home.

We had an issue with several rooms without electric. Brandon and his crew were able to resolve the issue. They are very reasonably priced and honest. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent work

I needed to have the electric line into the house, meter box, and panel inside replaced as the cover at the top had broken and water had gone down the line and corroded the back of the panel box. I received a quote from the electrician who came out to review the problem on an emergency basis. They then gave me a quote that seemed highly inflated. After doing research online about ballpark figures, I found Brandon from Shakelfordâ s on Home Advisor. I read the reviews and sent him a message. He must have replied in about ten minutes, was courteous, professional, told me up from what he generally charges for that kind of job. As I was at a distance with neighbors and their four children in my house, we sent him photos to review. This was Thursday. As there was a family in the house needing more than intermittent service, we contracted for him to do the job on Saturday (2 days later.). He arrived promptly, sent me photos throughout, and to all accounts did a great job. For quality of job, honesty, integrity, and customer service, five stars is not enough.
