THEY HAD TO RETURN A FEW TIMES TO REPLACE THE REVERSE VALVE, BUT IT SEEMED TO BE A FACTORY BASED PROBLEM. IT WORKS PERFECTLY NOW. THE MANAGER SPENT MORE THAN AN HOUR EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME. THEY ARE CAREFUL ABOUT HIRING PEOPLE WITH CLEAN RECORDS.
