Semper-Fi Carpets

Actually contracted with Lowes. They contracted with Semper-Fi. Semper-Fi put carpet in a bedroom. They did a fine job and they came when they said they would.

Everything looks great. I had been working on finishing my home office and went to Lowes to get carpet. They contracted out to Semper-fi Carpets who fist came out to measure the room and later to do the instal. I believe it was to owner who came out both times and he was both professional and curteous. They did a good job with the instal and cleaned everything up after. I can't wait to move my furniture back in. I'd definitely request them again if I have more rooms carpeted.

They gave an estimate, came out several days later and were right on time. The price was great and the job was well done.

They were sloppy and did a very bad job. I contacted Lowes and it took months for Semper Fi to get back to me to tell me they couldn't fix their mistakes. The stairs were only supposed to be carpeted up the middle and they did the entire stairs. They told me that if they took it out their would be nail holes. The way they put the carpet on, they didn't go over the edge of the stairs so it looks really cheap. This is one of several issues but this mistake is irreversible unless they refinish the wood flooring on the stairs to take care of the nail holes. I really feel that they really could care less about their mistakes.

Things went Great!!! The came when they said they would and did a great job. I would recommend them.

They did an excellent job of re-stretching the rugs in our home. They also sell really nice products and I will be using them for any rug needs that I have in the future. The man that came out was very professional and very knowledgeable.
