Yanni first came to look at the roof. His colleague cleared debris from a tree that was pooling on the roof and reviewed what was needed. I could hear the debris drop down the drain to the sewer. Yanni and another co-worker came back several days later as scheduled. They silver-coated the roof, repaired the flashing, gunked the seams, cleaned out the gutter box and removed three buckets of moss; repaired the storm drain box at the front of the house; cleared obstructions at the rear deck that hindered proper water flow; and fixed under the sliding glass door. We had two huge rainstorms within a week after the work ... without a drop.
