Jair (prounounced Ji - air) came to my home to do the walk through and provide an estimate for the cost of the wrok he would be performing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough - his estimate was very accurate and he even pointed out additional items that needed to be addressed. He agreed to have the work completed in a specific time frame and worked quickly and diligently to adhere to that deadline - he was successful at meeting the deadline as well. He went above and behind the minimum required. He and his assistants were courteoius and respectful - ensuring that they cleaned up their work area. This was the best experience I've had with contracting for service in my home. I felt very comfortable and I was treated fairly. I would definitely use this provider again in the future.
