So, let me go first by saying that I was looking for an engagement ring and shopped around to several different jewelers including some online. I decided to buy the diamond online because I had gone to another jeweler that quoted me a price for the same diamond that was $1000 higher than the one I ended up buying. My fiance was looking for an oval diamond so it was hard to find one that worked.
I took the diamond to Richie he confirmed it was real and gave me an assessment of the price I paid, "it was fair." I told him to keep an eye open for a new diamond if he could find a better deal. I picked out a setting that he gave me a great price for and I asked if I paid Cash if there was a better deal. Some jewelers will do some shady things but Safian and Rudolph puts everything on the books and is completely above board which made me more relaxed.
It took a few weeks as the jeweler had to create the setting for the ring size as well as shape it to the diamond.
I would recommend this jeweler for anyone who is looking for great service and a great relationship, this is the jeweler for you.
