We had a great experience with Brian and Safe & Sound. He is extremely thorough during the inspection process and the detailed inspection report also reflects this fact. He took his time completing the inspection, and was not in a rush which we appreciated.  Additionally, as first time home buyer, Brian made it a point to point out general tidbits and tips about the house itself (and housing construction in general) not included in the official inspection report which lets you really get to "learn" the house you are potentially buying.  We would definitely use him again.

Brian was punctual and very courteous. He was very thorough in his work and took the time to explain both the maintenance of the home and the issues that came up. He followed up the inspection with a detailed report that he emailed to me with pictures of all defects in the homes and explanations of both the systems and the problems he encountered. I recommend him very highly to anyone needing a home inspection
