I called to get an estimate on some plumbing and A/C issues. I spoke with some one, and they informed me that they would call back. I never received a call back.

I was very pleased with the way that I was informed from the first phone contact about the assurance that I would get everything done that needed to be done.The work was described in detail and the price was very reasonable right from the start.Everything was done in less then an hours time and my house was finally able to have heat and be ready for the cold weather.

Ron Nace is prompt, reliable and trustworthy. This is very important to me because I live in California, and can't oversee the work being done. This building belonged to my mother-in-law, and when we had to move her out here for medical reasons, I took over managing it and within a month I needed a plumber. I found Ron Nace through Angie's List, and he was one of the few plumbers I contacted who did not seem to mind working in the neighborhood, despite the problems with parking. I later discovered that my father-in-law had hired Ron 23 years ago to convert the heating system from a single oil-burner heater for the whole building to 3 gas-fired heaters so the tenants would each be responsible for their heat. It was a big job, and my father-in-law was very pleased with the work. When he died a few years later my mother-in-law didn't feel she needed to call the plumber much and eventually lost contact. So the system Ron installed has functioned for nearly two decades with very minimal service! (Though it will now be serviced annually). I can't recommend Ron Nace Plumbing highly enough!

The toilet was running. When I tried to stop it, I broke the a piece of the mechanism in the tank. I called Mr. Nace the next morning. They came out the same day and fixed the toilet by replacing all the mechanisms in the tank. The toilet no longer runs, too! In all my dealings with this company, I have been repeatedly impressed by this company's honest and accurate assessment of the necessary work.
