Electrical Service
He fixed a couple outlets and put up a ceiling fan. He charged me $1,100.00. I just assumed since my friend recommended him he would have a decent price. It was about a week after he started that I found out he was charging by the hour. He took his time, sat and talked, ate his lunch which was al added in to his hours worked.
