All work was high quality. Creative tile design overcame a problem with availability of one of the tile types. Kept the work areas neat and cleaned up when completed. Hauled away old toilets for disposal. Pricing was very competitive and worked on weekend days so I didn't need to take vacation days from work. The only negative incident was no-show without notification for one appointment afterwhich I needed to contact him to reschedule, but I believe this was an isolated incident rather than a behavior pattern. Friendly and highly recommended.
