I reached out to Rob when one of my rental properties reported a leak in the ceiling. I was surprised when a crew showed up the same day. Rob sent me pictures, showed me exactly where the problem was and fixed it that afternoon. I also received pictures when the job was complete. Payment was easy. Customer service was excellent. The crew was professional and organized. I recommend Nolfi Roofing to anyone looking for a Roofing Company.

Rob is incredibly unprofessional and not a good roofer. Shortly after purchasing our home, I found out water poured down the back of our home every time it rained. I was able to track down Rob and he attempted to fix/ repair the leak with excessive amounts of caulking. It didn’t work, so he decided it to blame it on anything but the roof. Robs poor craftsmanship cost us THOUSANDS of dollars and we ultimately hired another roofer (Angie’s List Premiere) to fix it for us. I highly recommend selecting a top rated roofer over Rob... He even puts a note on his contracts that says “not responsible for interior damage” - great sign for someone fixing the roof over your head.

I agreed to a contract/invoice estimate to make several repairs: fix a leaking roof, replace some missing shingles, and hang some new gutter where the old one had been damaged in a storm. Some of the work that was agreed to was performed poorly, and other work was not performed at all. The contract/invoice indicates that a metal sill near a bathroom window that was believed to be the location of the leak was to be repaired. This work was not completed. Instead, silicone caulk was applied in a few locations. I noticed a visible opening between the roof and the exterior wall of the house after the work was done. I complained about these issues and asked for a refund. The provider refused to issue a refund and immediately sent a crew out to add more caulk to the suspected leak area and straighten out the gutter. The metal sill was still not repaired, and the gutter slope still does not match the slope of the rest of the gutter. The roof has not leaked since the work was performed, but for the price paid, a more complete and permanent repair should have been performed, as was indicated on the contract. Overall, I?m very unhappy with the quality of the work and the price that was paid.
